Following the candle care instructions is very important in order to ensure you get the most out of your candle. Please do check you have followed the minimal instructions and precautions.

Due to the model of our business we are unable to accept returns and this is mostly because our products come in these beautiful handmade glass which are very fragile and we would be sad to see them break in transit as you send them back. 

Instead we are happy to assist and fix any issues you might have.

Do not worry, we've got you covered no matter what. 

All of our online orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days as we pack every candle with care and we add a lot of love to be shipped with it so you can enjoy experiencing the extraordinary fragrances. For any free shipping option, either local or internationally, we use standard service.

We have taken all precautions to use the best platforms that offer outstanding security of your data. For that reason we have the option for everyone to checkout as guest, as we do not need your information for any reason other than your email so we can keep in touch and send you news.
